Andrew Hartsoe

Andrew Hartsoe, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew is currently the Director of Provider Recruitment at 360care since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Provider Recruitment Manager at Froedtert Health and the Client Services Manager at Cielo Talent, both in 2021. In 2020, Andrew took a break from their career to travel the country with their wife and dogs. From 2016 until 2020, they served as the Director of Healthcare Provider Recruitment at Prisma Health, where they led and executed recruitment strategies for a large physician and executive team. Before that, they were the Manager of Physician Recruitment at Palmetto Health from 2014 to 2016, where they established and optimized the talent acquisition function. Andrew's career began in the US Army, where they held various roles, including Nutrition Operations Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Training Director from 1992 to 2014. Andrew'sexperience in healthcare provider recruitment and talent acquisition, combined with their military background, has equipped Andrew with a diverse skill set and a proven track record of success.

Andrew Hartsoe earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Allied Healthcare Management from Franklin University in 2012. Andrew also holds a certification in FASPR (now CPRP) from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment.
