Jesse Johnson

Jesse Johnson has diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and technical management. Jesse currently serves as the Software Engineering Team Lead - CIAM Services at 360insights.com, where they lead a team in developing and delivering IDM capabilities. Jesse collaborates closely with product managers to define project scope and mentors team members to enhance their skills.

Prior to this, Jesse worked at Optiv as a Technical Manager and Senior Consultant II. Jesse joined Optiv in 2021 as a Senior Consultant II and was later promoted to the role of Technical Manager, contributing to technical management and consulting tasks.

Later, they obtained a Master's degree in Computer & Information Systems from the University of Arkansas, studying from 2018 to 2020.
