Emilie Collgros has a range of work experience in the field of learning and development. Emilie started their career at Orange in 2009, where they held various roles such as Assitante aux projets de formation and Innovation et Professionnalisation. During their time at Orange, they were responsible for managing online training platforms, coordinating training projects, and managing document sharing sites. In 2015, Emilie joined 360Learning as a Client Success Partner, and later became the Head of Client Success Partners. At 360Learning, they empowered Learning and Development teams to drive culture and growth through collaborative learning. Emilie played a key role in onboarding new employees, training customer-facing teams, and developing professional skills.
Emilie Collgros has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources. Emilie obtained a Master professionnel in Développement des Ressources Humaines from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Licence professionnelle Ressources Humaines at IUT de Montpellier, specializing in Gesttion du temps de travail et des rémunérations, from 2011 to 2012. Emilie also holds a DUT Gestion des Entreprises et des Administrations en apprentissage, with a focus on finance and accounting, from IUT de Montpellier, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Gender Bias Awareness Training from 360Learning and in Digital Learning: Design engaging courses, also from 360Learning.
