Richard Quinlan

Richard Quinlan has extensive work experience in the financial and corporate sectors. Richard is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at 365 Retail Markets. Prior to this, they held the same position at Al Roumi Group and was responsible for financial management from February 2020 to November 2022. Richard also worked as a Corporate Controller at Alghanim Industries from October 2017 to September 2019. Richard has experience in mergers and acquisitions, having served as an M&A, Accounting, and Finance Advisor at a consulting firm in 2017. Richard has held leadership roles at various companies, including Archroma as the Global Head of Finance from June 2015 to December 2016, SK Capital Partners as an Operating Partner from September 2010 to May 2015, and Aristech Acrylics as the President and CFO from June 2008 to September 2010. Prior to these roles, they served as the Global Director of Merging and Acquisitions at Jefferson Wells in early 2008. Richard also has experience as the President of Orchid International from August 2005 to December 2007 and as the CFO and COO at Renaissance Mark from January 2004 to August 2005.

Richard Quinlan attended DePaul University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. Richard specialized in the field of Accountancy during their time at DePaul. In August 1992, they also obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the AICPA.
