Yonatan Herzog

Yonatan Herzog has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Yonatan began their career in 2011 with the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as the Knowledge Management Section Head and received the Independence Day Chief of Staff Award. During their time there, they led teams in executing and maintaining knowledge management systems, as well as planning and lecturing on Microsoft's SharePoint.

After their military service, Yonatan worked as a Research Assistant at the Social Science Tel Aviv University, where they contributed to a research lab focused on OCD and internal states models. Yonatan conducted literary research and collaborated on experiment design.

In 2019, Yonatan held two positions simultaneously. Yonatan served as a Peak Performance Mental Coach for the Under 14 youth team at Maccabi Tel Aviv FC, focusing on individual and team motivation and performance. Additionally, they worked as a Special Education Teacher at the Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality, providing personal guidance and support to a child with Autism and offering behavioral guidance to school staff.

In 2020, Yonatan joined Vamos - Mental Training as a Peak Performance Coach, specializing in mental training techniques for athletes.

Most recently, in 2021, Yonatan joined 365Scores as a Search Engine Optimization Project Manager, where they are responsible for managing SEO projects.

Throughout their career, Yonatan has demonstrated expertise in coaching, mental training, knowledge management, and research.

Yonatan Herzog has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management & Psychology from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These certifications include Certified Product Manager (CPM) from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, obtained in October 2022; Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-) from Wingate Institute, obtained in March 2021; Peak Performance (Mental) Trainer from Sport Psychology Center, Israel, obtained in September 2019; and Businesses Characterizations and Needs from BYON IT Solutions in 2013. Yonatan also completed the Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint Designer programs at John Bryce in 2012.
