Adam Norvell

Adam Norvell is a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in multifamily and industrial asset management. Since founding 36th Street Partners in 2012, Adam has focused on the acquisition and operation of properties in Southern California, Reno, and Phoenix. Prior to this, Adam served as Managing Director at Manhattan West Asset Management from January 2019 to April 2023, where the firm specialized in alternative investments across various asset classes. Earlier career roles include Development Associate at Woodridge Capital and Multifamily Acquisitions Director at Strategic Realty Capital. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Real Estate Development from USC, and an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business.
