Randy Albeck has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randy started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Johnsonville Company, where they were responsible for developing new business in the convenience store trade channel. Randy then joined Malt-O-Meal Company as a Broker Operations Manager, focusing on innovative products and programs to drive growth in the c-store trade channel. Randy later founded their own company, Albeck Enterprises LLC, providing pyrotechnic and other productions for the Missouri and Illinois marketing areas.
Randy has also held leadership positions in various snack food companies. Randy served as the Western Region Sales Manager at Popcorn Indiana, responsible for developing new accounts in the c-store and food service industry. Randy then joined Amplify Snackfood Company as the Western Region Manager Convenience, where they successfully built a c-store business with their snack brand portfolio. Randy achieved significant sales growth, working closely with national and regional accounts.
In recent years, Randy has served as the National Sales Director for The No-Bake Cookie Co., where they managed a broker team and developed marketing and sales strategies to drive profitability. Randy also held the position of Chief Sales Officer at Cors-U-Go and National Sales Director at Fusion Jerky / HTY Company.
Most recently, Randy served as the VP Sales Convenience East at Tillamook Country Smoker and is currently the National Sales Director at 37th Street Bakery.
Randy Albeck completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Briar Cliff University from 1980 to 1990. Randy then pursued a Masters of Arts degree in Management at Bellevue University from 1990 to 1994. Finally, Randy obtained their MBA in Business from Bellevue University from 1994 to 1996.
