Shad Shakeel

Shad Shakeel (Spencer) currently serves as the Associate Director (Recruitment & Delivery) at 3B Healthcare Inc. since March 2024, previously holding the position of Delivery Manager (Healthcare) at 22nd Century Healthcare from July 2023 to February 2024. Prior to that, Shad worked at Cambay Healthcare, LLC in various roles including Delivery Manager and Recruitment Manager from August 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included ensuring team targets were met and developing client-centric plans. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at Conversion Electromechanical LLC from March 2015 to July 2020 and as a Sales/Marketing Executive at Aircel India PVT LTD from January 2014 to February 2015. Shad holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from Aligarh Muslim University and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management.
