Derek Rakestraw

Derek Rakestraw has a diverse work experience, starting as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Florida in Strength and Conditioning. Derek then transitioned to roles at CHEP, where they held various managerial positions in logistics, supply chain optimization, transportation, and sales and operations planning. Currently, Derek serves as the Director of Operations at React Health, formerly 3B Medical, Inc.

Derek Rakestraw earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from the University of Florida in 2008. Derek continued their education at the same institution, completing a Master's Degree in Sport Management in 2010 and another Master's Degree in Management in 2011.
