Jon Conaway

Jon Conaway has over twenty years of work experience in quality engineering and management roles within the medical device industry. Jon has held positions at companies such as React Health, Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, BD, CR Bard, Stryker Orthopaedics, Corning Incorporated, and Duracell. Their responsibilities included leading quality engineering teams, supporting new product development, risk management, design controls, and manufacturing activities. Jon has demonstrated expertise in directing teams, managing budgets, hiring resources, and defining staff goals to meet business needs.

Jon Conaway holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. Jon also completed courses towards a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. In addition, Jon has obtained several certifications in quality management and engineering from various institutions.
