Matthew Shepherd

Matthew Shepherd is an experienced professional currently serving as the Group ERP and Planning Manager at 3C Metal since February 2019, where responsibilities include the preparation and management of the group master schedule and global ERP system oversight. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as Lead Planning Engineer at 3C Metal, overseeing global planning and resource scheduling. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Programme Planner at Jaguar Land Rover, where adaptation of planning approaches to Primavera P6 was a key focus, and roles as Project Planner, Assistant Project Planner, and Technical Assistant at Aker Solutions. Matthew holds an HND in Technical Support/Computer Networking from North East Scotland College.
