Elaine Lloyd, PMP, is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in technology strategy and program delivery, currently overseeing a $25 million program for Southern Company's DNS and DHCP infrastructure at 3Ci since August 2022. As the Enterprise Security Architect Review Board Coordinator, Elaine effectively manages security architecture evaluations, collaborating with business owners and technical experts to ensure compliance with company policies and security best practices. With a proven background in project management, training, and consulting, Elaine has held various leadership roles across different organizations, including Senior IT Project Manager for the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance and Owner of Project Management FrameWork. Elaine holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from The Art Institutes.
