Ron Perkins

Ron Perkins has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ron currently holds the position of Vice President, Software Solutions at 3Ci and has been in this role since August 2022. Prior to this, Ron was the Vice President & Owner of LogBook - A Better Way To Collaborate, a software product used by manufacturers and energy industry plants in North America.

Ron also has a long history of working in the software industry. Ron was the COO, Vice President, and Owner of Doozer Software, Inc from September 1999 to August 2022. In this role, they managed the custom software and staffing divisions and played a key role in the company's growth. Ron has successfully delivered numerous major projects and smaller projects for customers.

Additionally, Ron has served on the Board of Directors of Business Council of Alabama (BCA) from December 2010 to October 2018. Ron also served as the Co-Chair of the Small Business Committee at BCA from January 2011 to January 2018. Ron was a Board Member at Special Equestrians from May 2011 to December 2017.

In the early stages of their career, Ron worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Southern Company from September 1998 to September 1999, as a Team Lead at Accenture from February 1998 to September 1998, and as a Senior Software Engineer at BellSouth from April 1995 to February 1998. Ron also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Harris Corporation (Controls Division) from April 1993 to April 1995.
