Rodrigo Barbosa

Rodrigo Barbosa has several years of experience as a Frontend Developer. Rodrigo started working at Bluebird Co. in April 2013, where they collaborated on websites and Full Systems using the architecture model MVC. Rodrigo customized all User Interfaces using components through Progressive Framework in JavaScript such as React, JSX, Vue, and Vuex. Afterwards, they joined Itzol.digital in January 2016 as a Front-End Developer. In this role, they programmed the JavaScript part of the implementations, focusing on connecting APIs and debugging API related problems. Rodrigo also kept the server side up-to-date with React-focused Node.js and wrote the documentation used to this day at the company. In February 2021, they joined Medioze as a Frontend Developer. During their time there, they developed tests using Jest and Jasmine and enforced WCAG standards, resulting in a significant reduction in post-delivery maintenance complaints. Rodrigo also customized templates using React on platforms like Shopify and WordPress, as well as migrated databases and updated websites to more modern designs. Currently, Rodrigo is working at 3Commas.io as a Frontend Developer, starting in January 2022.

Rodrigo Barbosa's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, which they completed between 2007 and 2010. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at SUNY New Paltz in 2011. Later, Rodrigo attended Seneca College from 2018 to 2020, where they studied Computer Programming and obtained a degree in Computer Programming/Programmer, General.

In addition to their formal education, Rodrigo also holds a certification in Mastertest TOEFL, which they acquired in April 2013 from The TOEFL® test institution.
