Gordon Stirling has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Gordon most recently worked as the Director of Engineering for 3D Corporate Solutions since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal Process Engineer for Epic Process Systems from September 2019 to November 2019.

Their early career includes roles at A.E. STALEY MANUFACTURING COMPANY, where they served as a Senior Process Engineer, Process Engineer, and Associate Process Engineer. Their responsibilities included project engineering, process modeling, capital improvements, and safety committees.

Gordon began their career as a Field Service Engineer at Halliburton Services. Gordon held this role from August 1984 to August 1985.
