Jeff Jones

As COO, Jeff’s primary role is overseeing strategy development and execution. He has extensive experience driving results through strategy implementation, as well as, scaling financial and operational infrastructure. Jeff also manages 3D Group’s internal finance and human resources functions. Before joining 3D Group, Jeff had over 20 years of experience helping businesses scale using his expertise in finance, accounting, operations, and planning in roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Jeff has spent the past 10 years working with leading human capital consulting firms.

Prior to working in human capital, Jeff directed and oversaw all aspects of finance, accounting, and operations in various real estate development and hospitality companies. Jeff earned B.S. degrees in both Accounting and Finance at Florida State University. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. In his free time residing in Denver, CO, you will find Jeff hiking, skiing, or participating in racquet sports.
