Muhammad Zaid Ejaz

Muhammad Zaid Ejaz is an experienced product and support manager with a strong background in both technical and customer-facing roles. Currently serving as a Product Manager at 3D Lifestyle Aesthetics since June 2022, Muhammad Zaid collaborates with the tech team to enhance existing products and develop new ones while translating business requirements into technical specifications. In addition, Muhammad Zaid has been a Product Support Manager at E Display Inc. since July 2018, delivering 24/7 support for applications and successfully retaining and expanding client accounts. Previous roles include Production Manager at iDROID USA, where responsibilities included supplier assessment, coordination for product development, and customer support, as well as positions in customer support coordination and technical support engineering. Muhammad Zaid holds a BSEE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University Of Central Punjab, completed in 2012.
