Wayne Li has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Wayne began their career at Shanghai General Motors, where they held various roles including Training Management Specialist, Senior HR Specialist on Organization Development, Senior HR Specialist on Employee Relations, and HR Manager. During their time at Shanghai General Motors, they developed organization structures, implemented HR policies, and contributed to the company's success.
Following that, Wayne joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as China HR Manager and later as China HR Manager-Commercial. In these roles, they focused on sales staffing, employee learning and development programs, talent retention, and HR project leadership for expansion and integration efforts.
Wayne then moved on to work at Heinz Long Fong as HR Director before taking on the role of HR Director - Supply Chain Heinz China and Heinz LongFong, and Admin Director-Heinz Shanghai Office at Heinz China. Wayne was responsible for HR strategies, development of policies, and administrative duties.
Next, they worked at Estee Lauder Company as an HR Director, overseeing HR-related matters in the organization.
Wayne subsequently joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals (Asia) Company Limited as Senior Director Human Resources for their China operations. In this role, they provided HR support to local management, established HR strategies aligned with business plans, and ensured the implementation of HR processes and policies.
Currently, Wayne is serving as VP HR at 思路迪, a position they assumed in 2018.
Wayne Li completed their MBA with a focus on Human Resource from Fudan University between 2001 and 2003.
