Matthew Masciere

Matthew Masciere began their career as a Sr HRIS Analyst at Charter One Bank in 2000 and later became an Assistant Vice President, Senior Compensation Consultant at KeyCorp in 2005. Matthew then took on various roles at Cato Corporation from 2007 to 2021, including Director, HRIS and HR Administration. Matthew later joined PPD as an AD HRIS in 2013 before returning to Cato Corporation as Senior Director, overseeing Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS. Currently, Matthew serves as the Vice President, Total Rewards at 3D Systems Corporation.

Matthew Masciere attended Westlake High School, where they completed their secondary education. Matthew then went on to Bowling Green State University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration & Human Resources.
