Mateja Penava

Mateja Penava is a skilled professional in the fields of energy, climate strategy, and sustainability, currently serving as the Manager of Strategy for the Energy & Climate Practice at 3Degrees Group, Inc. since May 2022. Previous roles include Senior Renewable Energy and Carbon Advisory Consultant, Cleantech Specialist, Solutions and Cleantech Analyst, and Sustainability Analyst at Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services from August 2016 to May 2022. Mateja's early experience includes co-creating and hosting an environmental radio show at Radio Student, which focused on Croatian and European environmental policy. Academically, Mateja holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from Central European University and a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Zagreb.
