Ian Hamblin

Ian Hamblin is a highly skilled visualisation engineer with extensive experience in 3D real-time rendering technologies at 3DEO NI LIMITED since November 2016, focusing on the visualisation of satellite and earth observation data. As the lead artist at Sim155 Limited, Ian has dedicated efforts to enhancing the Harrier AV8B model with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail. Ian's freelance game development work from April 2015 to November 2017 showcased versatility across various platforms, including VR and mobile. Prior to these roles, Ian served as lead artist at Caspian Learning for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included the design and management of numerous game art assets. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Visualisation from Teesside University, completed in 2004.
