Sebastian Sczasny

Sebastian Sczasny is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles across various companies. Currently, Sebastian serves as the CEO of 3DGence and the President of the Board of Directors at New Era Materials, both positions held since September 2020. Prior to these roles, Sebastian was the Chief Operating Officer at Barlinek SA from March 2012 to July 2019 and held multiple managerial positions at TRW from 2001 to 2012, including Global Senior Manager of AME and NPI and Process Engineering Manager. Sebastian began the professional career as Plant Manager at Maflow for a brief period in 2007-2008. Sebastian holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical and Machines Design from The Silesian University of Technology, earned between 1994 and 2000.
