Fitra R. has worked in the Information Technology field since 2013. Fitra began their career at NUSANET as an IT Helpdesk in 2013. In 2014, they moved to CNN Indonesia as a Technical Support. In 2020, they joined 3Dolphins.ai (PT. InMotion Inovasi Teknologi) as an Information Technology Help Desk.

Fitra R. began their educational journey by attending Politeknik Negeri Medan from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Diploma Degree in Telecommunications Engineering. Fitra then attended Universitas Nasional (UNAS) from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
