Michael Boehringer

Michael Boehringer has an extensive work history that spans several industries and positions. Michael is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of 3GS, LLC, a secure paper shredding and document storage company in South Texas. Michael also serves as a Founding Partner of Boehringer Capital, LLC, a role they have held since 2002.

Prior to their current positions, Boehringer worked as a Partner at Landridge Development, LLC, a real estate development firm, where they built and managed a headquarters for a publicly traded tenant. Michael also founded and served as Managing Partner of Hudson Capital Partners, a private equity group that made investments in Northeastern Ohio companies.

In addition, Boehringer was the Director of K-2 Partners, LLC, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm specializing in the Records and Information Management industry. Michael was also a Chief Operating Officer at 3GS LLC, where they played a key role in the consolidation of companies in the document destruction and records management industries.

Boehringer's entrepreneurial ventures include founding EZshred Software, a niche software company, and starting Shredding Solutions, an information destruction and shredding business that was later sold to Iron Mountain.

Before their entrepreneurial pursuits, Boehringer worked as a Senior Consultant at Accenture, where they began as an information technology consultant and eventually became a Senior Systems Integrator with project management responsibilities.

Throughout their career, Boehringer has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as operations, sales, finance, human resources, and mergers and acquisitions.

Michael Boehringer attended Chagrin Falls High School, but no specific start or end years were provided. After high school, they enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1986, studying finance. However, it is unclear if they completed a degree at this institution. From 1987 to 1990, Michael attended Miami University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
