Elisa Silva

Elisa Silva has been working in the advertising and marketing industry since 2011. Elisa began their career at 72andSunny as a Brand Director in 2011. In 2013, they moved to JWT as a Business Director. In 2014, they joined Translation LLC as an Account Director and in 2015, they became a Group Account Director at Barton F. Graf 9000, LLC. In 2016, they joined SS+K as the Managing Director of Clients + Culture and SVP, Director of Client Services. In 2019, they moved to Cheil North America as Head of Content for Cheil Dallas/CYLNDR and Business Director for Samsung Mobile Marketing. In 2021, they became a Partner, Managing Director at 3Headed Monster, a full-service advertising agency. Elisa also serves on the Board of Directors for AAF Dallas as DEI Co-Chair, is a Member of Hue, and is the Marketing Director on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Dallas.

Elisa Silva attended Rice University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with an emphasis in Film Theory and Film Production.
