Vineeth V. has extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Vineeth is currently the Deputy Vice President of Human Capital Management for the Global Business Region at 3i Infotech Ltd. Before this, they worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at Krypt, Inc. from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they held various managerial positions at GyanSys Inc., where they were responsible for account management, talent acquisition, and resource management from 2016 to 2021. Vineeth also had a role in setting up HR processes and profitable resource management at Aufait Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Vineeth was a Manager of Talent Acquisition, HR, and Resource Management at GyanSys Inc. from 2009 to 2014, as well as a Resource Head at Infovista Technology from 2006 to 2009.

Vineeth V. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from IMTS Institute, which they attended from 2005 to 2008.
