Pax Botuha

Pax Botuha is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Partner and co-head of French Private Equity at 3i Group plc since September 2021, where responsibility includes managing a listed investment vehicle with over 20 billion euros in permanent capital and overseeing transactions valued between 50 and 500 million euros across various sectors. Previously, Pax worked at L Catterton from 2017 to 2021 as a Director and Principal, contributing to the largest consumer-focused private equity group globally. Additionally, Pax held the position of Vice President at L-GAM Advisers LLP from 2015 to 2017, focusing on long-term investments, and was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from 2012 to 2015, managing international projects in strategy and corporate finance. Early career experience includes working as an M&A Associate at Edmond de Rothschild from 2007 to 2011, completing numerous transactions across several regions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Drives and Networks from CentraleSupélec, complemented by a Master's degree in Economics from Paris-Sud University.
