Roland D'Costa

Roland D'Costa has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Roland worked as the Director of Global IT Services at 3i Group plc starting from October 2012. Prior to that, Roland held various roles at Deutsche Bank, including Global Head of Listed Derivatives & Wall Street Systems IT Client Services, Head of Client Services - TSS IT, and Infrastructure Manager. Roland started working at Deutsche Bank in January 2008 and left in March 2012. Before their tenure at Deutsche Bank, Roland worked as a Project Coordinator at Dow Jones from September 2003 to November 2007.

Roland D'Costa completed their Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Business Computing Systems from City, University of London between 2001 and 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified In Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification from ISACA in 2023, and the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA in 2022.
