Devika Lakhote

Devika Lakhote is a Data Scientist at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie), a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Devika served as a Doctoral Researcher at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago from August 2018 to June 2023 and as a Pre Doctoral Researcher at Stanford University from August 2016 to July 2018. Devika began a career in research as a Research Associate at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) from April 2015 to July 2016 and initially worked as a Finance and Operations Associate and Community Organizer at Haiyya from January 2012 to August 2013. Devika holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from St. Xavier's College.
