Geetika Pandya

Geetika Pandya is a Senior Research Associate at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) since June 2023, following a role as Project Manager for GridWatch at the University of California, Berkeley, where management of a team was key in evaluating electricity reliability improvements in Ghana. Geetika has significant experience in research and project management related to menstrual health, including contributions to MHH Connect India and the Gates Foundation-funded Project Flow. Past experience includes positions as a Gender Analyst at Fair Trade USA and as a Lead Researcher for WaterAid’s MHM project in Myanmar. Geetika holds a Master of Development Practice from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechatronics from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
