Ihsan Al Musawi

Ihsan Al Musawi has a diverse range of work experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination roles.

Starting in 2007, Ihsan worked as a Quality Assurance & Control Specialist at GAZAR PELAST INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION. From there, they transitioned to the role of a Project Planner & Scheduler at Azarab Industries Company in 2007-2008.

In 2009-2010, Ihsan worked as a Project Coordinator & Planner & Scheduler at Fanavary Novin Niroo (FNN). Afterwards, they briefly worked as a Project Coordinator at Petropart.co in 2010.

In 2010-2011, Ihsan joined Farab as a Project Planner & Scheduler for the Dalahoo combined cycle power plant project.

From 2011 to 2015, Ihsan worked at Petropars (PPars) as a Senior Project Planner & Scheduler, focusing on the South Pars gas field development project. Ihsan held various positions within the project, including Senior project planner of temporary facilities, Senior project planner of steel structures, and Senior planner for project engineering of refinery.

In 2015, Ihsan joined VINA INDUSTRIAL GROUP as a Senior Project Planner & Scheduler & Contract Specialist, and after a few months, they moved to Pars Kayhan as a Project Change & Claim Specialist & Project Planner & Scheduler & Coordinator until 2018.

Most recently, Ihsan worked at HSE Contractors as a Senior Project Scheduler in 2019 before joining 3Insys in 2020. At 3Insys, they took on the role of Senior Program Analyst/Scrum Master/Jira Administrator/Project Manager, handling tasks such as PMO membership and analysis, schedule preparation, daily meeting coordination, and action plan tracking.

Ihsan Al Musawi completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Azad University (IAU) from 2003 to 2007. In addition, Ihsan obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2021.
