Dan Pastirik

Dan Pastirik is an experienced attorney specializing in intellectual property law, currently serving as the Assistant Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at 3M Innovative Properties Company since June 1994. Prior to this role, Dan was a partner at Lockwood Alex Fitzgibbon & Cummings from January 1987 to June 1994 and worked as a law clerk at McDougall Hersh & Scott from 1985 to 1987. Dan began their professional career as an analytical chemist at UOP from 1981 to 1984. Dan holds a Juris Doctor with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology (1984-1987), and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Chicago (1976-1981).
