Dean Harts has a wealth of experience in the legal and intellectual property field, having held various leadership roles at 3M since 2008. With a background in chemical engineering, Dean earned a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Currently serving as Vice President, Assoc. General Counsel Data Protection and Info Governance at 3M, Dean has also previously held titles such as Chief Intellectual Property Counsel and Assistant Chief IP Counsel.
