Gavin Phipps

Gavin Phipps has extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket sector, having worked at 3M since 2004. Currently serving as the Global Application Engineering Manager for the Automotive Aftermarket Division, Gavin leads the Automotive Aftermarket Body Repair Application Engineering group. Previous roles at 3M include Technical Service Supervisor and Senior Technical Service Engineer, where responsibilities included managing technical service operations and delivering new product introductions. Prior to joining 3M, Gavin was a Senior Sales Representative at 3M UK Plc and an Account Executive at McGarvey Russell. Gavin holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Nottingham and a BA Hons in French Studies from the same institution, as well as a foundational education at the Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe.
