Tomasz Urbanski

Tomasz Urbanski is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the IBP & Supply Chain Manager at 3M since February 2011. In this position, Tomasz is responsible for implementing supply chain strategies and leading the Integrated Business Planning process across two EMEA divisions that are focused on growth. Previous roles at 3M include Strategic Supply Chain Project Management, where focus was on manufacturing and supply chain strategy implementation, and Material Process Lead, involved in SAP process design and project oversight. Prior to 3M, Tomasz worked at Volvo Construction Equipment as a Delivery Process and Control Specialist and began their career as a Logistics Specialist at Tukan Sp. jawna. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław.
