Martin Weismann

Martin Weismann is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Autodesk since July 2016. Alongside this role, Martin has been the Technical Representative for Autodesk at the 3MF Consortium since March 2017. Prior to Autodesk, Martin worked as a Computational Physicist at Photon Design, where the focus was on simulating nanophotonic devices. Academic foundations were established with a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering/Computational Physics from UCL, complemented by a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nürnberg. Research experiences include developing numerical methods for two-phase flows and climate simulation with a global climate model.
