Tiina Viita

Tiina Viita is a skilled bioprocess engineer currently working at 3PBIOVIAN, following a role at Biovian where responsibilities included assisting the manufacturing downstream processing team and specializing in chromatography-based techniques. Prior to this, Tiina served as a postdoctoral researcher at CHU de Québec, focusing on chromosome translocation and the interaction between MOZ and ASXL2, and at the University of Helsinki, investigating the MAL/SRF pathway in ovarian cancer cell lines. Tiina completed a Ph.D. in Genetics at the University of Helsinki, where research involved mass spectrometry and various biochemical techniques. Earlier positions included roles as a research assistant and laboratory assistant at the University of Eastern Finland, engaging in projects related to glucose uptake inhibition and cell culturing.
