Boudewijn Beusmans

Boudewijn Beusmans is a seasoned professional in the fields of consulting and legal affairs, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at 3Rivers and as a Consultant at Beusmans Management Consultancy since December 2023. Previously, Boudewijn held the position of CEO & Partner at NewBe from March 2021 to November 2022 and was the CEO & Chairman for Northern Europe at EndemolShine Nederland from January 2016 to August 2020, overseeing operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Scandinavia, and Germany. Boudewijn also held various senior roles at Endemol Shine Group, including Member of the Management Board, Group Commercial Officer, General Counsel, and Global Head of Legal & Business Affairs, where responsibilities included legal affairs, corporate communications, and fostering international partnerships. Boudewijn began a legal career at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from January 1999 to October 2005, focusing on corporate law, litigation, and M&A. Boudewijn earned a Master's degree in Civil and Corporate Law from Maastricht University.
