Alvis Šmits

Alvis Šmits is an experienced UX/UI designer currently serving as Lead UX/UI Designer at 3S Money since January 2023, contributing to the development of an international payments platform aimed at transforming the financial landscape for businesses. Prior to this role, Alvis held the position of UX Manager at TV3 Group and worked at CUBE Systems in various capacities including Senior UX Specialist, UX Designer, UX Architect, and IT Project Manager from June 2016 to February 2020. Alvis also gained practical experience as an IT Project Manager at Latvenergo AS during a Master’s degree program and served as a Lecturer at Liepaja University. Alvis holds a Master of Information Technology in IT Project Management as well as a Bachelor of Computer Science from Liepaja University.
