Prior experience includes a 14-year tenure at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, where Priya worked as a Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on HR policy updates, regulatory compliance, and coaching leadership teams on effective people management practices to enhance business performance. Priya holds CIPD qualifications and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Madras.
