Will Elder

Will Elder has been working in the recruitment industry since 2014. Will began their career at Bring as an Operations Co-Ordinator before moving to MBA IT Limited as an Account Manager in 2015. Will then took on a role as an Infrastructure and Support Resource Specialist at Charles Levick Limited. In 2016, they joined Mustard as an Architectural Recruitment Consultant. In 2019, Will moved to RedCat Digital as a Digital Recruitment Consultant (UX/UI). In 2020, they became a Senior Recruitment Consultant - UX/UI Design & Research at Roc Search. In 2021, Will began working as a Talent Partner at Talentful, Ogury and Gorillas (all via Talentful). Currently, Will is a Talent Partner at 3S Money, where they are responsible for providing corporates with local business accounts to send and receive funds through all major payment rails.

Will Elder attended De Aston School Market Rasen from 2002 to 2010. Will then went on to Sheffield Hallam University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business & Financial Management between 2010 and 2014.
