Charlie Rawstron

Charlie Rawstron has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Charlie co-founded 3Search in 2014, where they delivered exceptional recruitment experiences and managed teams covering various roles. In 2017, they became a Director and Co-Founder of 11 Investments, an investment company focusing on supporting recruitment ventures. In 2020, they co-founded Recruiter Labs, which aims to help recruiters start their own businesses without giving away equity. Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Charlie worked at Michael Page from 2007 to 2014, holding roles such as Associate Director, Manager for Digital and Marketing, and Manager for Financial and Professional Services Marketing. Charlie demonstrated strong skills in matching talent and building long-term relationships with clients.
