Nia McClure

Nia McClure has a diverse work experience in the field of executive search and recruitment. Nia started their career at bpsearch as a Research Associate in October 2018, where they focused on Board level and leadership positions in HR, Marketing, Digital, and Sales. Nia later became a Research Lead in September 2019 until May 2021. Nia then joined Azura Search in May 2021 as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate in November 2022. At Azura Search, they worked collaboratively with candidates, clients, and colleagues to provide a holistic international approach to research. Currently, Nia is working as a Principal Consultant - Executive Search at 3Search Executive since April 2023. Nia'srole involves connecting senior leaders in marketing, digital, and product, supporting their career development and empowering them to lead businesses to new heights.
