Rebecca Olin is currently the Human Resources Director at LOUD Audio, LLC, leading global human resources and North American payroll operations for the parent company of Mackie brand. Rebecca has also worked as a People Operations Consultant and Director of People Operations at 3Sharp, managing the full HR lifecycle for the tech services company. With previous experience as the Global Human Resources Director at Espresso Supply, Inc., and Human Resources Program Manager at Premera Blue Cross, Rebecca has a strong background in developing employee wellness initiatives and enhancing workplace culture. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Willamette University and a Master of Science from Western Washington University.
