German Flores

German Flores is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in managing technical services across various organizations. Currently serving as the IT Director for Technical Services at 3Sixty Duty Free since November 2021, German oversees the infrastructure department, including planning, staffing, and managing network and computer systems while ensuring efficient operations. Prior to this role, German held multiple positions at David Yurman, progressing from IT Manager for Retail & International Systems to IT Senior Manager for Technical Services from October 2014 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at New York & Company and Camille La Vie/Group USA, where German developed expertise in corporate and retail systems, helpdesk management, and customer support.
