Vikram Malli has held a variety of positions in their career. Vikram started at PatientPoint® in 2008 as a Quality and Configuration Analyst, where they were involved in all phases of the SDLC, project coordination, quality assurance, training, configuration, test plan, test matrix, documentation of requirements, regression testing, troubleshooting, and support. In 2011, they moved to NCR Corporation as a System Configuration, where they completed the continuous integration, configuration, and server migration process. In 2012, they joined Stanley Security Solutions as a Quality Assurance, where they created test plans, test procedures, test case management, test automation, regression testing, configuration, server management, and firmware testing. Finally, in 2014, they joined 3xLOGIC as the Director of Quality Assurance and Global Automation Test Lead, where they were responsible for process improvement, implementing new tools, creating test plans, test procedures, test case management, test automation, regression testing, configuration, server management, and firmware testing.
Vikram Malli obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Madurai Kamaraj University between 1996 and 1998. Vikram also holds a certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) called ASTQB.
