Shania Wright has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Shania'smost recent role was as Director of Talent Acquisition at National 4-H Council, where they led the strategy and operations of the talent acquisition function. Prior to that, they served as the Talent Acquisition and Operations Manager at the City of Alexandria, where they designed and managed processes to improve the candidate and employee experience. Before that, Shania held multiple roles at BakerRipley, including Assistant Director of Recruiting and Retention, Human Resources Assistant Director, and Human Resources Manager. Shania also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Houston City Personnel, specializing in clerical, administrative, and accounting personnel. Shania's experience spans both the public and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on building and evolving talent acquisition functions, promoting diversity and inclusion, and driving operational effectiveness.
