Tess Janson is currently serving as a Hedge Fund Services Financial Control Intern at Northern Trust since June 2024. In addition, Tess has been a Volunteer Trainer with 4 Paws For Ability Inc since March 2023, focusing on obedience training and socializing puppies to prepare them as certified service dogs. Previously, Tess gained experience as an Accounts Payable Intern at Norcon, Inc. from May to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing waivers, insurance, and contracts. From March 2020 to August 2021, Tess functioned as an Assistant Coach for TEAM ONE LACROSSE INC, contributing to practice organization and developing training drills. Tess is pursuing a degree at the University of Dayton, having graduated from Loyola Academy in May 2021.
