Marlene Kacy

Marlene Kacy is currently the Director of Hygiene at 42 North Dental. Marlene has over 25 years of experience in the dental industry, with a focus on clinical operations, hygiene protocols, training, and accountability.

Marlene began their career in 1995 as a dental hygienist. Marlene then transitioned into management and leadership roles, holding positions such as Vice President of Operations for the Mountain Division of Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners and Director of Clinical Operations for InterDent Service Corporation. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing the growth and development of hygiene departments in 160 offices across eight states.

In their current role as Director of Hygiene at 42 North Dental, Marlene is responsible for leading a team of hygienists and supporting office staff members. Marlene is also a member of the corporate SWOT team and the clinical advisory board.

Marlene Kacy has an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist from Oakland Community College.
