Brian Kelly

Brian Kelly, CFA, is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Principal at 424 Capital since June 2019, focusing on leveraged buyout investments in tech-enabled services and SaaS software within the renewable energy sector. In addition to this role, Brian holds various board director positions, including with Radian Generation, Climate Efficiency Partners, and Allegiance Group, overseeing initiatives in renewable energy asset management, energy efficiency, and data-driven marketing services. Previously, Brian was a venture capital investor at Siemens, where investment efforts targeted clean tech startups, and served as a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps in investment banking.
